Casey Kelly or Jason Castro or Derek Holland?

In my dynasty league (100% keeper) I'm trying to decide whether to drop Casey Kelly, Jason Castro, or Derek Holland. Here are my players at each position and our scoring system:

HR=1, R=.25, RBI=.25, BA=2000*team BA (c,1,2,3,s,o,o,o)
W=2, L=-2, ERA=-80*team ERA (5 Ps)
We use static lineups set today that are retroactive to day 1, so Castro is likely future trade bait or my annual backup to Santana. Kelly seems to have higher upside, but pitchers tend to be more risky projects. Holland looked great in AAA this year, but not sure how he'll pan out.

With Santana, you really don't need Castro, I'd drop him.

I'd drop Castro, but not because position needs. Castro seems like a guy who will be much more valuable in real life than fantasy. He's most likely out of the 3 to have a 10 year MLB career, but may never be fantasy relevant in those 10 years.

I agree with Jason Castro being a good prospect because of what he can do for a real baseball team and not for fantasy. Drop him. Casey Kelly has too high a ceiling and Holland is proving himself at a high level.
