Qualls and Heilman available...NEED SAVES!!

Qualls was just dropped, and Heilman available as well. With Qualls struggling and being "monitored" by the Twins, would it be better to pick up Heilman? Or should I pick up both?

If I pick up both, I would need to give up Garland and F.Francisco. Would you do that, or just pick up one of them? If so, give up Garland or Francisco?
