Pick up Baker?

Some owner in my league apparently lost patience with Scott Baker and dropped him. I have the #2 waiver priority and am thinking of snagging him. His post All Star break numbers over the last 3 years are very good (I traded for him last year just before the break and he was pretty good from that point on). ERA is 1.5 less than the first half and his HR rate is way lower as well.

I'd probably need to drop Cueto or Anibal Sanchez for him and I'm thinking it's Cueto. No brainer? It's a roto league with fairly standard scoring categories for SP.
