I have a trade offer getting: Brian Mccaan, Mike Stanton, and Kevin Gregg. and giving Justin Upton

I was looking to sell Justin Upton due to my depth in outfield, and Napoli scares me if the angels trade for a 1st basemen. I have no closers with exception to Corpas but that is temporary.
is this a good trade? or could i get better?
