The best part is definitely when he tells the catcher to get out of the way so he can throw the bats onto the field.

That's fake though I think Why else would a coach have a mic on? Also the video is really good for an amateur. Perhaps some kind of local reality show...

Fake? You guys serious? Seems pretty real to me. The quality isn't great, but I could see a bunch of college kids doing a documentary or a small time TV station getting some behind-the-scenes footage. A lot of fake rage there, but most managers have these blowups simply to make a spectacle. Excellent access in my opinion. This is awesome.

Yup, it's not even that expensive to film in High-definition these days. The cell phone I bought recently films in 720p.
