Please rate these pitchers... WHIR!

I need to make roster moves and don't have any position players I can drop. I'm trying to rank these players so I know who is expendable. Looking for value over the course of the season. Thanks! WHIR

Jake Arrieta
Anibal Sanchez
Felipe Paulino
Rich Harden

As good as Paulino has been recently, he's on a terrible team and won't get any wins, so he's at the bottom for me. Next to him is Arrieta because of the division he's in. Like Matusz, he'll probably be good eventually, but not there yet.

I would agree that Arrieta should be near the bottom because once the hitters in that division see him, they are going to start teeing off. However, I also haven't seen anything out of Rich Harden or Max Scherzer that has made me think they will improve this year. It will only get worse as the summer drags on and the balls start flying out of every ballpark.

I would probably go: Sanchez, Paulino, Harden, Arietta, Scherzer.
