Greinke for Pettite/Bailey - WHIR

I'm in an 18 team H2H dynasty league with 25 man major league rosters and 8 man minor league rosters. My team is doing well this year, sitting in second place at this point. I was offered this trade after I rejected a straight up Greinke for Bailey swap. I'm giving this offer some serious thought, as I have only one closer and I'm starting to worry about Greinke. I didn't expect him to repeat last year's amazing Cy Young season, but would this deal be selling low on him?
