I'm curious how the defense part of WAR is being calculated for Ruth.

TotalZone, as described here. It's the defensive metric used in Chone's historical WAR database.

Are you guys doing a printscreen then cropping the image of is there some easier way to post these results?

I just right-click on the image I want adn go down to properties. that will show the url of the particular image you are on..
