Help figuring out options. Sizemore's keeper value? WHIR

6x6 weekly HtH 14 team roto keeper (between 5 and 10 keepers (no time limits or costs), losing a draft pick for each after 5)
*Minors eligibility: Less than 200 ABs for hitters and less than 20 APP or 75 IP for pitchers both this season and last; free keepers at the end of the year.

The situation:
I'm in 3rd place, but 1st and 2nd are much better teams and they are running away with it. I feel like a lot of my success is built on serviceable, but not keepable players, so I'm thinking of selling early and crossing my fingers that the WW might keep me in it.

1) Should I deal Ryan Ludwick for Grady Sizemore? Is Sizemore a keeper heading into next season, in this league that means he's at least top 140 pick. I feel Ross/Smith can adequately replace Lud.
1a) Also on the table is Ludwick and Aardsma for Sizemore, Derek Holland, Julio Borbon, and Casey Kelly (I'd hold out for Jennings or Monterro)
2) Should I deal David Aardsma for prospects? I can probably land a Brett Wallace/ Desmond Jennings type.
3) Finally, for you minors guys, should I drop Rzepczyski for Wil Myers, Randall Delgado, Ryan Franklin
4) Anyone on the WW that I should pick up?

1+2)I'd do both deals. I agree with you in thinking you have enough on your roster to replace ludwick. Plus, OF always pops up during the season. I think it's a great opportunity to buy low on sizemore, especially in your format. It's essentially a free option for you. It gives you a chance to improve long term without sacrificing much, if anything, this season.
3) stick with Rzepcyzyski
4)I don't see much on the ww (the guys you listed) that looks interesting.
