How much better is ARod than Wright?

14 team 5x5 H2H league. I have been offered Arod, D DeJesus, D Barton and G Soto for D Wright, L Berkman, M Ramirez and C Ruiz. I have M Cabrera at 1B so don't mind giving up Berkman but if I trade Manny then I have to decide between CB Young, C Ross and D DeJesus to start as my 3rd OF (along with Ichiro and J Hamilton). I have been starting CB Young over Manny anyway because Manny has been missing a couple of games each week. Does ARod help my starting lineup to offset trading Manny and depth at 1B?

Answer: Not very much--certainly that not that much. A-Rod for Wright straight up is a fair deal.
