Everett hits 4th in the Expos line-up this year. Rios is in the minors for now and won't be great immediately. Drop Rios, pick up Everett.

Baez will close in Tampa, any closer with an (almost) guaranteed spot is worth more than Balfour at this point. Drop Balfour, pick up Baez.

I agree with dropping Balfour for Baez, but I'd hold onto Rios if this is a dynasty-type keeper league. He's gonna be special.

If possible, I'd drop Mora and pick up another SP or Everett. With Larry Walker's health, one more OF'r can't hurt. With A-Rod, Cintron, and Upton you're set at SS for the next 15 years. Mora's expendable.
