Who do I put in at UTIL? WHIR

I am in a 10 Team H2H League. I only have 2 utility spots.With Stanton coming in Tuesday as well, it gives me 4 bats to try and get into 1 spot.I have Pods in there now, for the sb's.However, he isn't stealing right now. I don't know if I should keep him in the UTIL spot when playing, or if I should put someone else in.
