HELP QUICK! I have third pick, Vlad, Helton, or Soriano??

My draft starts in a half hour, i have the third pick, and im assuming Arod and pujols will go 1 and 2. Who should i take with the third pick? Helton is a sure bet. vlad could be a huge, and we all know about soriano, though he sucked the second half last year. i need this pick to anchor my team. what do i do??
