Dynasty-Holland or Cecil?

Last year I missed out on Holland by a few spots in our Dynasty rookie draft, ended up grabbing Brett. The Holland owner has offered him up for Cecil now. Who do you like better long term? I think Holland has better stuff and a higher upside, plus Cecil pitches in the AL East. However, Cecil success in 2010 has me in a bit of a quandary. Thanks in advance for any opinons!
