Top league hitting / Worst Pitching - Advice needed

I am in a 12 man yahoo H2H league, traditional scoring. My pitching is horrible, but have a good lineup to trade with and good FA hitters. I know this is a loaded question, but I'll be sure to take a look at anyones post who gives me a tip.

My current Roster is:

Pitching
SP: Jon Lester (+)
SP: Jeff Niemann (+)
P: Johnny Cueto
P: Mike Leake
P: Scott Baker
RP: Tyler Clippard
RP: Chad Qualls (bum ?)
BN: Ian Kennedy (?)
BN: Colby Lewis (?)
BN: Kevin Correia (?)
DL: Huston Street

My lineup scores enough where I look at my improving my pitching to improve the damage.

I have been offered a trade:
SP Felix Hernandez for my Alex Rios. Although Felix doesn't pick up many wins, he picks up ks and he is more promising than 3/4 of my pitchers.

If I dropped Rios who I think will eventually cool down, there are solid FA OFs in my league including:
-David DeJesus
-Michael Bourn
-Jason Kubel
-Nyjer Morgan

Others SP FAs I could look at whether or not I take the trade are:
SP - Anibal Sanchez
SP - Wade Davis
RP - Manuel Corpas (I could start him until Steet off the DL)
RP - Bobby Jenks

I am not sure if the trade I have been offered is worth it because Rios has been the man, but there are more options to replace him than at the SP position.

I am in the same boat that you are with the great hitting and the pitching that is failing almost every night except for a few select performances....i think you should take the trade because rios will eventually cool down and take that trade while someone is available to buy him high because ive passed up a few good opportunities to help my team as well. Felix will instantly be your best pitcher and rios isn't your best player on your team so its not really a loss...but just before you pull the trigger who are some more FAs for your bats other than the ones you just mentioned?

I would do that trade in a heartbeat. You are robbing him blind. Rios will definitely cool down and even if he doesnt you wont get something better for him. you are giving away an outfielder on a hot streak and getting one of the top five Sp's. Other than that, I'd say keep Ian kennedy, his team isn't giving him run support but he's been pretty solid in NL west.
