I can't believe I'm considering trading away Braun, but this deal looks pretty solid. I am in need of SP, runs and AVG. Here is the deal:

I give Ryan Braun

I get CC Sabathia, Martin Prado and Jamie Garcia

Do I make the deal? I would probably pick up Juan Pierre, JD Drew, Jason Kubel or Johnny Gomes off the wire to fill the OF spot.

Well, i think even CC for Braun is a pretty fair trade... I own Garcia, doing great for me, Prado has triple eligibility, at least in yahoo he does, what's not to like...

Consider the fact though that your pitching is not too shabby, and finding good FA pitchers is a lot easier than finding FA batters, since you can play matchups, etc.

I still would go for it, Prado's stats are not far behind Braun's till now...
