Fielder & Teixeira are about equal, w/ Fielder having more upside...

You're downgrading quite a bit by giving up on Philips though....

But you get Greinke who should get better, i say go for it...

Although i don't think your pitching is too bad, Chacin is too inconsistent, but the others are doing pretty well till now...

I don't know, I like Tex more than Fielder, and I think that is where the trade is a question. The 2b downgrade is about equal to the pitching upgrade if that is what you need. If you could do it without Tex/Fielder, I'd do it, but it's not a bad trade as is.
