I'd prefer Pena over Peavy. However it depends if you really need 1B help.

This deals pretty even for me, comes down to your needs. Theres prolly guys on the WW who will exceed peavy and i doubt that about Pena so id roll with Pena over Peavy

I agree with above poster (jdip) in that they are pretty even. i would give a slight edge to pena. the trade depends on your needs.

I'll disagree and say slight edge to Peavy, but it depends on the league rules and other such.
Peavy slight edge in AL Only.
Pena slight edge in deep rosters ML Universe. (14 hitter, 9 pitcher)
Peavy edge with shallow rosters (9 offensive, 7 pitcher starters)
