Do it.
Marcum is solid, but you get 3 must-start players for him... If you can use at least 2 of these guys in your lineup, then go ahead.
What i'm wondering is whether you've been proposed this trade or if you are thinking about proposing this trade... I doubt anyone would accept it.
Help w/ mine:

You have to do this trade ASAP. You get 3 must start, solid players for one solid pitcher (who, IMO, will see his production decrease in the 2nd half). Nice trade man, you come out on top.
Help?

Yeah, I'd make that trade if I were you. But who else would you have to drop since you are getting two extra players and how does it leave your SP?
Help me?

Well now seeing who you would have to drop I'm having second thoughts. The upgrade from Cordero or Wagner to K-Rod isn't that significant and you are getting two injured players with no time table to return. Who are your other SP's? Factoring the players you drop you are essentially making a Marcum, Wagner and Napoli for Ellsbury, K-Rod and Roberts swap which isn't as exciting as the first thought.
