I can't believe how awesome Rios is this year. Everyday he hits a HR I am in disbelief that he's still HOT, HOT! I don't trust Soto and love V-Mart. I would actually do this deal because you are getting a Top Catcher and should be able to manage with your reserve OFs. Risky because if Rios keeps it up you might lose a little of the edge. Vmart wins-best player in deal. You're getting one of the only top 3 proven catchers. Good luck, hope it works out.

Help me out?

Don't do it. Rios has been awesome, helping in 5 categories, even in his bad years, he helped in 4. Chicago is a great place to hit.

Interesting. I own Rios and Vmart. Only thing is when Vmart has played, he does very well...but his toe has been an issue for the last couple days and not to mention the occasional day off when Beckett (on DL) pitches. But what can you expect, he is a catcher and that is what fantasy catchers do.

Rios on the other hand has been awesome. Im holding on to him and think he is for real. Imagine if the White Sox all start to hit all of a sudden.

Soto will I think turn it around too.

But think of all the categories both Rios and Soto can give you...HR, RBIs, SB. Where as Vmart only the first two. I would hold on doing that trade.

i rather see you trade Bay/Soto for Vmart. I just think Rios lives up to his hype this year. I supposed that with your OF depth though you could get away with this trade. But i just don't see VMart making up for the loss of Rios and Soto.

try for bay/soto for vmart. if that doesn't work and you still have a strong desire for Vmart, you can do the deal

please help

Well, Soto is virtually worthless in a 10 team league. So it comes down to V-Mart or Rios. Personally I wouldn't do it. But answer it yourself - if you drafted a team today, and you're on the clock and still need a C and an OF, who do you take first? Rios or V-Mart? I'd take Rios. Sure he was terrible last year, but this isn't some out-of-nowhere fluke player. We've seen this high level ability before.

i think it depends on if that owner still thinks Bay can turn in Fenway numbers at CitiField. I personally do not. And if it was proposed to me i would not accepted it, even though i suggested you propose it. But the beauty is in the eye of the beholder.

Ya I would try Bay first. That would be a great deal for you.

If he doesn't take it I may still do Rios though as you really need help at C and you have Choo to plug in to Rios spot. I would definitely push hard at trading Bay first though.

Another idea would be to try Bay/Lilly for Vmart/Lesser pitcher
Your SP is pretty deep.
