Between Cain, Gallardo, & B. Anderson...WHIR

Out of Matt Cain, Yovani Gallardo, and Brett Anderson who do you like the most?

Im trying to get one of the following guys from 3 seperate managers to help out my batting average: Ichiro, Billy Butler, and Joe Mauer.

I want to do 1 for 1's and i was thinking the following I will propose:

Gallardo for Mauer
Cain for Butler
Cain or Anderson for Ichiro

What you guys think?

this is tough. i really like all 3 guys. im a little hesitant that anderson was hurt, whereas cain is a total horse.

not knowing your roster, aim for mauer first, then ichiro, then butler - its hard not seeing your roster.

They are all good pitchers. I like Cain the most. He is a beast and the best pitcher of the bunch. His only downside is he gets poor run support from the Giant hitters, so he might not get as many wins. But you can drive yourself nuts chasing wins. Cain's combo of k's, era and whip make him #1. Gallardo with his k's is 2nd. Anderson is solid...but not quite the same level as the other two...especially with the injury issue.

If you can get a solid hitter for Anderson, that is your best move. Of course, if you are forced to part with Cain or Gallardo to get the hitter you want, having Anderson to step into the missing pitchers place is a good problem to have.

I doubt you can get Mauer. If you can pull it off, great. But don't count on it. I like Ichiro a lot more than Butler. I you target Ichiro if I were you
