Unreal. I honestly feel emotionally sorry for Gallaraga. I will admit he also handled the call better than anyone ever expected. He simply smiled and went back to the mound. I also am officially a fan of Miguel Cabrera for how he was jawing with the umpire after the call, thats a true teammate, I was really hoping he would get thrown out so it would start a big thing.
This could have been #21 in baseball history, instead it was just a very good game. Its sad that this could have carried Gallaraga's career and now its just a good game, I really do feel sorry for him.
Sean Tracey has my apologies, we all know Ozzie Guillen is an idiot. I'm rooting for you!
I never thought CB Bucknor or Joe West could be displaced as the worse umpires but Jim Joyce has thrown his hat into the ring.
Watching the Yankees game, flipped over and I must say the little leagues have better umpiring. Detroit broadcasters,Michael Kay(Yankees game)and Jerry Remy absolutely going off on Jim Joyce and rightfully so.
