Just got offered a huge trade, and I would love some feedback. I have always gotten excellent feedback and trust the members of the cafe more than anyone.

Which side would you rather have?

I am drinking the strasburg kool aid, and I have a lot of outfielders so getting ride of one would be nice. Also butler and youk are great for avg and ops. I just don't know if I can afford to lose Fielders power.

It seems that you would be increasing in AVG and OPS with Youk and Butler, but remember that average categories are the hardest categories to make up ground in. I'm not sure that I would give up on Greinke, I would think he has to outperform Strasburg (I know he has all the hype, but I still don't like unproven guys). I think Prince will turn it around too, so I'm not sold on this trade for you. Close call, but I'm leaning towards declining.

So what you're looking at is:
Fielder for Youks
Maggs for Butler
Grienke for Strasburg
Shields for Verlander

I think the question is whether or not the gains outweigh the losses. Personally, I don't think they do simply based on the fact that Strasburg has not been called up and may not be for a while. Also, once he is, there is no guarentee that he dominates.

If this is a redraft league then I say no. If this is a keeper then I say yes.

I agree. I think that Greinke could have a better 2nd half of the season than Strasburg. I also think that Prince+Magglio have more upside than Youk+Butler.
I don't see much of improvement to your team.
