Former TB pitcher Tanyon Sturtze and Toronto pounded the Rays 6-2 at Grant Field today. :-/

TB starter Joe Kennedy (0-1), allowed 1 run on 4 hits and struck out 2. Carl Crawford lead the offense(?) for the Rays, going 3 for 4 with a run and a stolen base. Jared Sandberg was 2 for 4 with a run while Lee Stevens went 0 for 3 with a walk and a RBI.
The Rays fall to a dismal 1-7 on the spring. Again the problem lies in the pen and the Rays inability to get runners off the base paths. Today they stranded 6 more. :-P
