In my league, an H2H league mixed leagues, Romero is 4th in total points. He leads the AL in K's, has a 5-2 record, an ERA of 3.412, and a WHIP of 1.2026. Also on a pretty good ball club.
I don't think any of the other pitchers listed can match his performance to date.

Liriano and Romero are pretty similiar. Good K/9 numbers and peripherals. Romero is legit. After posting a 3.53 xFIP in April, he backed it up with a 2.82 xFIP in May. The division is tough, and the lack of a track record puts him a little below Liriano in my mind.
Buc and Niemann both have bright futures, but have some worse K/BB's and pitch in the AL East. Both have started strong, but some regression could be in store.
DlR's WHIP and ERA will be ugly all year, especially @Coors, but he strikes out boatloads.
