Team Sinking Need Help - WHIR

My team has been falling lately. I have a lot of low AVG hitters and they are really, really hurting me. What can I do? Do you think I can still trade an OF like Upton? Or is it too late? If so what should I try to get in return? I am really kind of a place where I am not sure what to do? I thought it was a decent team, but it just hasn't worked out.
