The return of Dexter Fowler! :-D :-D

Too bad his playing time will be evocative of my Brushback Baseball character: three out of every ten games. :-/

I thought I read somewhere that they weren't going to call him up unless they could get him full time at bats...

Scratch that. Fowler is 6-8 with two walks, two triples, a double, and two SB in the last two days. Raised his OPS from .619 to .700. :-L

He faced 3 LH SP in a row, and today after Lince he got a double against another LHP, Affeldt. :-b

It's interesting that they're letting him face a RHP as good as Lincecum though :-?

Fowler is 2-3 today with four walks, though he was CS in his only attempt. He's seriously forcing Tracy's hand right now to keep him in every day. He's just basically subbing for Hawpe at this point, and who knows what's going to happen once he gets back to playing full-time. My guess is that Fowler will start 4-5 games a week unless someone goes through a slump.
