I have Strasburg and have been offered Lester. Its a keeper league and we only keep 2 players for a max of 2 years. I may not even keep him anyways and the other team may not keep him either, so both of these players may be available in the draft next year.
Should I make the trade?
I am going to keep Longoria next year and I can pick one out of the following players:
Wright
Justin Upton
Garza
Hammels
Rollins
Strasburg???

Take Lester. For this year, Lester. For next year, Lester. For the year after, unsure.
Too many high profile pitchers have failed, or at least failed their first time around.
Help with mine:

Get Lester cheap. Not sure why he would give such a good SP for an unproven MLB SP but what can I say some people are idiots.

Since only a 2 year keeper, I would take Lester. More established and on a better team.

I'd take the deal and get Lester. He is proven to be an ace and a pretty good team. Sure Strasburg could be amazing, but we just don't know and the Nationals are not a good team and probably won't be for at least a few years (not saying they are terrible, but not good or great yet).
I was offered Liriano for Strasburg and declined it. But if I was offered Lester, I would do it.
