I have both Joe Mauer and Buster Posey. I'd like to trade one of them

Posey has only played in two games. What do you think his trade value is. Good enough for a keeper quality player?

What are the keeper rules? 3, 5, 7, all? How many team's in the league? I think Posey is better as a keeper than as a 2010 player.
