Should I do Granderson for Cliff Lee - 100% WHIR

Debating whether to do this or not. Since Grandy has come back I now have to bench either him, Markakis or Pablo. I have been trying like crazy to move Markakis, but noone wants him. I have been trying 2 for 1's etc., nothing seems to be working. I really want to keep Grandy, since I love him in the 2 hole in that lineup, but it makes no sense to have to have Markakis/Pablo on the bench. Here is my team

C - Doumit
1B -Fielder
2B - Phillips
3B - Wright
SS - Aviles
OF - Bay, CarGo, Granderson
Util - Pablo - Bench - Markakis/Carlos Santana - DL - Beltran

SP - Wainwright, Cain, Billingsley, Pelfrey, Marcum, Latos, Zambrano
RP - Aardsma, Capps, Gregg, Rauch

Can you maybe trade Bay instead.

YOu are right that you have a surplus of talent, but you also have a very good SP rotation. I'm not sure that is where you should try to upgrade.
Granerson should put up huge numbers in that lineup & in that park. I don't think you get better by adding Lee alone, but Lee could be a good flip for someone else (at catcher or 2B possibly).

Thing is Lee is going to get trade on or before the deadline. He'll end up with a contender and probably be a monster after the break.Granderson still scares me against lefties.And its not like he's playing a full season in Yankee stadium. Yes only about 1/4 of the games ahave been played but thats still that many less games he'll play there.

tough. i'd try to trade granderson for a SS first. and if not see anyone will want Lee for their SS. i like the rest of your league mates don't see much use or value out of Markakis, so i'd definitely hold on to Granderson reap the rewards.]

but if you can trade him for a SS, i'm all for it.
