Depending on your pitching situation (I am assuming you have a fairly deep staff), then yes I am taking this for sure. Hanley and Crawford are first and second rounders respectively, Kemp's value isn't much better than Crawford's let alone Hanley. No-brainer IMO.

Thanks Aqua -- you hit on my main concern; my pitching staff would definitely suffer. If you look at my team in my sig, is it still a no-brainer? My thought would be that I could eventually trade one of my other OF for a SP.

I'd still do it for sure. If anything your lineup is deeper so if any of your pitchers struggle you could make a move to re-bolster your staff. You're getting too much value either way to pass it up.
Yeah, the Hanley/Crawford side is too good to turn down for what you're giving up. I think you'll be OK with Johan/Nolasco/Kershaw and better yet, if Sheets keeps up his recent good run. You might want to sell high on Phil Hughes, while you still could.
