Utley trade offer

I was just offered Mark teixeira and chad billingsley for chase utley and I am on the fence about doing the trade, but I did just lose morales to that stupid broken leg. What should I do?? This is my full roster it is a 10 team roto 5x5 league. WHIR

I don't like this deal for you. You have a leg up at 2B and Tex is slumping a little longer than normal. I like Bills more than some people, but even he's not enough to send that trade over the edge for me.
