Given that this is roto, I don't think you have the steals to be giving away McCutch. The value is fine, I'd love to get Lince, but I just don't think your team can take the hit.

Angel Pagan is on the FA wire with 9 SB and McCutchen only has 3 more so I could pick up Pagan and drop one of Sizemore (now that he is going under the knife), Beurhle, Chacin

The reason McCutch's SB totals have been low is that he had been hitting 3rd for the Pirates. He's back in the leadoff spot, the steals will come. I think he will steal substantially more than any WW hitter. IF you think you can make up for the lack of his SBs, then do this trade.

Thanks for the help on mine.

I was going to say go for the deal because the value is there. But, if you're already down in SBs, losing McCutchen is just going to make to stay down. I don't think you can afford to lose him... plus he contributes in more than just the SBs category making him more valuable than people think he really is.

i think you're giving up too much, irrespective of the SB situation. McCutchen is head and shoulders above Magglio and Price as pitched is away into top 2nd tier talent or even bottom 1st tier. stay put. work on something else.

If you can get someone off of the WW that could get you enough sb's then I would do it...

I would stay put, especially given the way that Timmy has been struggling (relatively) of late.

Thanks for the help on mine.

I think in terms of your team you need to stay put and try to pick steals off the WW instead. Price is pitching well and pitches for a team with one of the best offenses that hasn't hit all cylinders yet.

Sit tight. Mccutch is way better than Mags, and Timmy is slumping (he is still top ace quality), but Price is pithing great. I like your team without Lincy.
