need a spot starter for next week-WHIR

alright, i'm one start short of my 8 starts for next week in a 10 team redraft H2H league, pitching cats ERA WHIP K W QS SVHD. some good options are available on waivers--i want to get somebody at least for next week but not averse to rostering another guy for a while if it seems worth it as i only have 6 SP right now.
Current SP: J. Lester, F. Hernandez, J. Peavy, J. Danks, M. Leake, S. Marcum

Available:
J. Lackey--2 starts against oakland and baltimore, his season looks bad but those are some little league offenses there
J. Vazquez--again, not a great year, but if he turns it around he could be a pretty solid choice and has put together some good starts recently. also going up against the O's.
T. Lilly--against the pirates, but for some reason i just am not all that excited about lilly. still not sure if i trust hes fully healthy.
W. Rodriguez--has had some up and down patches, takes on the nationals this week--looks potentially worth holding onto for a few weeks though, so id be picking him up for more than just a matchup
E. Santana--inconsistent, but puts together some nice starts, and hes got KC and Seattle this week so I think he might be worth the risk
