What do I need to improve my team??

Im currently in last place (out of ten teams). Yet I can't even really find a huge weakspot on my team. Any ideas on any kind of trades i should be looking to do? 5x5 h2h redraft league.

I've thought about trying to trade McGehee for a sold starter, someone like Billingsly. if I could get something like that accepted would that help? My weakest spot so far has been my ERA and Whip

This team shouldn't stay in last for long. You could use another SP while Nolasco and Hanson figure themselves out, but you have good talent every where else. Explore your trade options, but don't go into panic mode.
