Depends. In a league where Carlos Lee is close to waiver wire material, I would take Mike Stanton, and see if you can get the upside.

If it is not easy to re-acquire a Carlos Lee type, I would keep Lee, and avoid the downside of the struggles that a 20 year old will probably go through.
