Working the Waiver Wire - Who's droppable? WHIR, 100%

Offensive Categories: BA, OPS, RBI, HR, SB and Runs Scored. (Start: C, 1B, 2B, SS, 3B, OF, OF, OF, UTIL)
Pitching Categories: W-L, S, ERA, K/IP, Quality Starts, and WHIP (Start: 5 SP, 3 RP)
6x6 weekly HtH 14 team roto keeper (between 5 and 10 keepers (no time limits or costs), losing a draft pick for each after 5)
*Minors eligibility: Less than 200 ABs for hitters and less than 20 APP or 75 IP for pitchers both this season and last; free keepers at the end of the year.

I have to make a couple of moves for roster space and I find myself in a position where I find it difficult to drop some of my players. I must drop 1 from my current roster now that Carlos Guillen is coming off the DL. I will likely replace him with another DL player like Koji Uehara or Rick Ankiel. I also want to pick up SP Jason Hammell. I'm a big believer that he's just been a victim of terrible luck and I certainly need more pitching, but the problem is, I can't find one guy that I'm happy dropping let alone two. Right now, I'm leaning towards Edwin Encarnacion, since I don't really need him now and he's likely to lose playing time once Snider returns and Joba Chamberlain. I think I like the idea of keeping both 2B options, Izturis and Guillen (soon to gain eligibility) in light of Hill's struggles. But, Freddy Sanchez just made his way to the WW anyway and he might be better than Izturis.

1) Which two players are most droppable on my roster and why?
2) Are there any guys you like on the WW more than what I have? (Please look for longer-term, in season value rather than present value)

Sidd Finches:
C- Mike Napoli
1B - Prince Fielder
2B - Aaron Hill
SS - Hanley Ramirez
3B - Kevin Youkilis
OF - Shin-Soo Choo
OF - Bobby Abreu
OF - Ryan Ludwick
UT - Josh Willingham
Bench: Edwin Encarnacion, Carlos Guillen (Soon to play 2B!), Macier Izturus, Cody Ross, Nate McLouth, Seth Smith

SP - Roy Halladay
SP - Jon Lester
SP - Ricky Nolasco
SP - Randy Wells
SP - Colby Lewis
RP - David Aardsma
RP - Chad Qualls (Haven't started, instead playing Lewis at RP and using another option in the starting rotation)
RP - Francisco Rodriguez
Bench: Joba Chamberlain, Kevin Correia, Brett Cecil, Joel Pineiro

DL - OPEN, Justin Duchscherer
Minors: Marc Rzepcynski, Jose Tabata, Lonnie Chisenhall, Dee Gordon, Andrew Cashner

Waiver Wire (I like the underlined guys):

I would cut Ludwick and maybe Wells. I would look at Millwood he has been pitching decent this season and I would cut Ludwick for him. Sanchez has had 3 good games in his last 4 I believe so he's someone I would keep a eye on.

help on mine?
