Am I the only one who wants to see the Dodgers go out and get a big-time hitter? Why have they not traded one of their starting pitchers? I thought Odalis Perez for either Konerko or Frank Thomas or Jay Gibbons would be a good deal. Has anyone heard any rumors of who else they may look to get? I think new GM Paul DePodesta really needs to make a big splash soon.

The Dodgers are a lost cause this season. As a fan, I would rather see them keep their young pitching instead of trading it away for a guy who will help them win 83 games instead of 80.
As an aside, have you guys checked out dodgerblues.com? Hilarious site.
