I'm looking for a way to obtain a simple list of scores (by team) in Excel format so I can do some basic analysis.
I know that fangraphs let you download individual league leader stats into Excel...
Any resources out there?

Pretty much.
CHW in A1, 7 in B1, MIN in C1, and 3 in D1
...For all the games in a season.

you could try this for all the scores in one spot:
http://content.usatoday.com/sportsdata/ ... ll/regularWill take some work to make the scores show up in excel like you want though...tabletools won't work correctly on it (for me at least). Good luck.
