I've mainly been placing Thors in the middle because of their range/damage and loading up on Iron Mans and Cyclopses with the Spideys and Wonder Women placed strategically.

This is what I did. I think the Cyclopes are great on the corners and I just used Thors everywhere else for their range and power. A few Spiders would probably be a good idea I didn't use any until the final boss but they helped a lot.

That's not on Epic. You need Spiderman to get that far on Epic. Spidey slows them down and lets the others kill. I put Spiderman on all the corners with Cyclops on the edges and Thor all on the interior. That's it and you can win Epic without having them even get near the tower. They need a level above Epic.

Yep I played through it last night on epic (I'm surprised you don't score many more points on a higher difficulty). Thors are best for aircrafts, Cyclops are better for tanks and trucks, and Spidey's help a lot with things that take a while to bring down like tanks and the bosses. Ms. Marvel is excellent at the start like Joe said.

Everyone outside of Iron Man seems pretty useful.

Yeah I threw in one or two Iron Man guys just because I felt sorry for him.

My latest victory. Doom didn't get another step before he died. Note all the spider-mans, to slow everything down.

Agreed. Need something harder than Epic.

To make it harder you just hit "send next wave" as soon as it lets you. Two waves at the same time is pretty hard.

That is a fun one. Got to lvl24 my first try, but had too many pop guns and rocket launchers and wasn't upgrading stuff. Second try I accidentally sent in extra waves when I didn't mean to and got killed. Third try was all lightning and lasers fully upgraded. Good way to kill 15 minutes.

Yeah, this is what I was thinking. I also agree with those that say Spidey is the key.

Here's another one for you Joe: Vector Tower Defense. It's a little rough around the edges but the game play is pretty slick once you get used to it.

I just can't beat it. I made it to level 40/50 my first two times then level 49 my last attempt. And this was on the easiest track. I don't know if I suck or this game's pretty hard.
