I'd probably go with Peavy or Gio- but also keep an eye on Dice-K. Another good start or two and I'd add him.

Ya, Id go with Peavy for now. He's had 3 good starts this month so things are looking up. But like the poster above said, keep an eye on Dice-k. If he starts getting it together, you dont want someone else to snag him before you do.
