Urbina to Indians unlikely

I'm listening to Mark Shapiro being interviewed during the Tribe game and he says Urbina hasn't picked up a ball since game 6. He said the Indians view him as not being ready until mid-May. Urbina saw it differently. Shapira said that this difference of opinion has made the signing unlikely.

If I had to guess right now - Id say he goes to Japan. Its obvious the only thing that matters to him at this point is money - and he's the only one who thinks he's worth $4+mil a yr.

Unless he comes down in price you can pretty much say saiyonara.

Rotoworld just posted a blip on Urbina and it says the deal is unlikely!They were very disappointed to learn that Urbina is a lazy bastard who wants 4 million per year but has not touched a baseball since the World Series!
