been to Vienna and it's an awesome city, probably my favorite place in Europe. Also Munich > Dusseldorf.

Nice to see Philly representing at the 7th U.S. city on the list! ;-D

They must not have taken "chances of getting your daughter vomited on" into account when calculating the Quality of Living. :-b

Oh yeah - that guy was from Jersey. I didn't see any Jersey cities in the list. }:-)
