True he's been awful through May in the past, but this is something new and horrible:

OBP .289 -- .241
AVG .261 -- .214

OPS .676 -- .505
The whole team has been a disappointment, though. I'll be watching closely.

I picked up McGehee from FA before the season started. After week 2, Lopez was benched and McGehee has been the starter since and I haven't looked back. I dropped him about 2 weeks ago for Brandon Phillips, I was tired of waiting for the turn around.

I've had him on the bench, throwing him in here and there (Monday/Thursdays). I started him today, hoping his homer yesterday and the fact that he has decent numbers vs. Je Weaver get him going... We'll see

I'm in a 12 team league. Someone panicked, and I snagged Phillips with a #6 waiver I think. Anyways it was a weekend, so I just got lucky with the claim.
