Lind is bound to rebound. He is a 2nd round pick that has had a bad 1.5 months. Its a long season, I could see him going on some binges and ending up a top 20 OF.
Its never bad to hold an extra outfielder too, because they are good for trading as well as off days to fill gaps.
Napoli Howard Kinsler Zimmerman Andrus Kemp, Gutierrez, Cruz (DL), Soriano, Bay, Abreu A.Gonzalez, I. Stewart Halladay, Marcum, Kuroda, B. Anderson (DL), Leake, I. Kennedy, C. Lewis, Pelfrey, C. Richard, Slowey, B. Wagner, H. Street, O. Dotel, J. Axford.
Wouldn't "trading" Javy for Lind still be considered a coup?
You don't have to drop an SP, of course. In roto leagues, I'll often go over IP deadlines extremely early and by extreme amounts to avoid the silly season at the end of the year when rotations get rejiggled and people's owies and IP limits send them to the bench. And of course, you can trade SP for big time hitter upgrades. Even if the league knows you can't use them, you can still have room for your top P, right?
So if you really like Javy to rebound nicely, do Adams. The other P will go for Grandy anywhoo, but you might be able to get another start from Javy if that's somethin you like. I don't, but he is too talented to be this yippy as a yankee.
Definitely add Lind. Drop Adams, as just about everyone above me has suggested, or if you're more comfortable dropping a SP drop Cain or Nolasco. IMO Vazquez will look a lot better than either of them after a couple more starts.
