No, the other owner should be insulted that he put that out there. It's not your fault he made an offer that no owner would even consider making a counteroffer for.

I am never insulted by any trade offer because you can always counter it if you are serious. If this is someone you know that continually makes these types of trade demands and never trades with anyone than that would be a lot annoying.
