I need to cut a guy to stream (who?)

10 team, Keeper league. There's a team in every league that streams pitchers, and I'm playing him this week. He streams 2 pitchers a day, and in a 10 team league, there are plenty of good options.

Anyway, I have 1 "open" spot to stream, so I just need to cut one more player in order to stream 2 SP daily.

Who should I cut?
C: Soto
1B: Fielder
2B: Polanco
3B: A. Rod
SS: Tulo
OF: Heyward, Cruz, J. Upton
UTIL: Pujols
BN: Gardner (OF), Montero (C - DL)

SP: Price, Marcum, C. Lewis, C. Hamels, Gallardo, T. Hanson, C. Kershaw, J. Peavy
RP: Wagner, Capps, Contreras
DL: Webb
Current Streaming Spot: W. Davis

Options:
#1 - Webb (and move Montero to DL). I'm holding him for playoffs, but I doubt he comes back.
#2 - Soto (I won last week despite Soto's 0/13 effort - I might be better off w/out him)
#3 - Contreras (Since Lidge hit the DL, Contreras has 2 Svs, Romero has 2 Svs)
#4 - Be a man, and don't stream 2 SP's.
