Is this good for me? Trickledown effect I'll be able to start Gutierrez or Michael Stanton when he comes up in my second utility, and ill upgrade my first baseman. Is Heyward the real deal to the point where I'm losing in this trade though?

Heyward is the real deal... the only question is will he keep it all together this yr (or if you're in a keeper league)... just my opinion though
