I like the guy, and I think he should be a reliable starter at catcher if he can get the PT, but there's not enough proof yet that he'll get it.
At least, not enough to dropping the likes of Weiters or Doumit.

So then more dropable catchers would then be along the lines of Pierzynski, Soto, Ruiz, Pudge, Bengie, Ramon Hernandez and/or Kendall?

I think I'd hang onto Soto if I needed some pop out of my C spot, but I also think that Soto's always close to regaining his old form.
Otherwise, I like Jaso more than the others in your list there.

Oh, and if you're in an OBP league, this guy's gotta be a no-brainer.

Yup. Awfully tough for us to guage what the hell he's going to be like if he isn't getting the starts. I thought for sure Maddon would have him out there against Marcum (righty). Piss me off.

At this point would you peg Wieters or Jaso to have a better last two months? (for my purposes OBP is included)

Wieters has all the hype and potential but Jaso seems to be just about an everyday player with the Rays and usually at the top of the order.
