Dropped B Wood, now who to grab??

Postby kingmike74 » Sun May 23, 2010 7:43 am

So I need a CI now that I finally dropped Brandon Wood. I am in a deep 15 man league and have hardly no options, who to grab?

Ouch. Are those your only options? Well, Izturis is going to play just 4-5 games a week when he comes off the DL apparently, so I think the choice is Overbay. %-6

Edit: Anyone scoop up Blalock yet?

I'd go with Overbay. He's getting some playing time and is in a good offense. Worth a shot.

Help me?

Do I dare ask if Conor Jackson is available in a 15-team league? I know he's not exciting and his current stats are poor after missing time etc., but slotted in the no.2 spot in front of Upton, LaRoche and Reynolds.... Personally I still think there is a lot of talent waiting to be expoited with him.

Nah, he was drafted. The WW looks like a bomb went off on it.

I really think that as bad as Wood is, Izturis will be starting every day come early June.

Of those two, I would take Izturis because of position flexibility as well.

I assume Branyan is gone. He is intriguing for power.

Help with mine:
